Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Hey Future You We’re so glad you’re here! To help things run smoothly, please take a moment to read our booking policy before confirming your session. 1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked online through our booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens – we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session fee. 3. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, we’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule. 4. Late Arrivals If you’re running late, your session may need to finish at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. Unfortunately, we can’t extend sessions due to late starts. 5. Packages & Follow-Up Sessions If you've purchased a multi-session package, we’ll help you book your next session at the end of each appointment. All package sessions must be used within 6 months of the first booking unless otherwise arranged. 6. Communication Important info (like pre-session questionnaires or Zoom links) will be sent via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder after booking.
